WHO IS THE AWARD FOR?
The Pope John Paul II Award is for young people over the age of 16 (post Junior Cert & post GCSE).
It is non-competitive, inclusive, flexible and voluntary.
Take an active part in the life of your Church
The Award enables participants to take an active part in the life of their Church - in the life of their community and society. It also enables young people become more aware of the teaching and role of the Catholic Church in the world and to engage at a deep level with Christ.

The Award is committed to helping young people enhance their spiritual, physical, emotional and social development through participation in school, parish and community activities.

What to do next...
1) Fill in Application Form online and pay registration fee of £20/€20 Online Payment Links: £ - Pound Sterling € - Euro 2) Parent/Guardian will be contacted by email for Consent (Under 18s only) *Clogher don Óige will contact your local Award Leader, who will let you know about upcoming meetings.
3) Introduce yourself to your Parish Priest and tell them about your involvement in the JPII Award 4) Download your Record Card (see below) 5) Start getting involved in your Parish & wider Community!! |
